The foyer and door sales normally open at 5.00pm

Performances usually last around 2 hours.

Once the doors have been closed, latecomers will only be admitted to the auditorium when there is a suitable break in the performance.

Wheelchairs are welcome subject to availability and provided advance notice has been given.
Booking Information & Conditions

You can apply for tickets online, by telephone or by post. Applications are normally dealt with in order of receipt so early application is recommended to avoid disappointment. Patrons' Association members receive priority throughout the supersaver booking period. We try to comply with requests for specific seats or areas but final allocation is at the sole discretion of the box office.

Tickets are issued after the end of the supersaver booking period. Thereafter they should normally be received within 5 working days of ordering.

We reserve the right to refuse to exchange or refund tickets once purchased. Please check your tickets upon receipt as mistakes cannot always be rectified. Please note that all tickets are transferable - if you cannot attend a concert you have booked you are welcome to give the tickets away.

Please note that in unavoidable circumstances the programme and artists may be subject to alteration without notice.

If a performance has to be interrupted or abandoned no refunds will be made if more than half of it has taken place.
